Use these recommendations as a starting point and adjust the mixture based on surface temperature and installation conditions.
Use distilled or purified water at approximately 75°F / 24°C. Tap water may contain dissolved minerals, including iron and calcium, that can affect installation or the finished appearance of the film.
Start with 5 mL per liter of distilled or purified water. If there is not enough tack, remove approximately 500 mL of the mixture and replace it with water to dilute the solution.

When PURE SLIP is unavailable, Johnson's Baby Shampoo or another neutral, additive-free soap may be used. Avoid products containing moisturizers or other additives, as they can leave residue beneath the film and may interfere with proper adhesive bonding.
